It was convenient and directly opposite the Termini Station. It is an old hotel with old finishes (old fashion but not unpleasant). It was clean and breakfast was okay. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Its an old hotel with old finishings and old fashion (not unpleasant). As it is close to Termini Station it was noisy at night. There were also some local guys sitting across the road drinking but there is alot of activity so I did not feel unsafe considering that I was alone. The wash basin tap in the bathroom was a bit faulty but other than that it good for what you paid and I wanted to be close to the Station.

The location was perfect. We walked out of Termini Railway Station and there it was across the road. The bed was very comfortable.
The shower had no cubicle and water on the tiled floor in and around the toilet and bathroom was dangerous.

We were 4 people staying for 5 nights and needed somewhere central in Rome and this hotel was perfect. They staff were brilliant and the room was really large. We were really pleased for what we got for the money.
The hotel is next to the train station which makes it ideal for traveling but horrible for sleep as it's so noicey with taxis and busses just outside. Air-con is a must but at €10 an hour a bit steep. Breakfast isn't anything to write home about. However I would gladly stay there again in the future as the pros massively outway the cons.

Breakfast was good and the location is perfect to move around.
The big guy from the hotel staff was not very friendly...hard to see a smile and the fan in the room was noisy at the point you couldn't sleep...it was hot by the time..but we opened the window a bit and was alright. I would come back to this place without doubt, its just what you need if looking for bed&breakfast.

Marisa is a good treasure right near the Termini station! The friendly breakfast staff, especially Giulio, knows how to whip up a mean cappuccino with a heart-shaped froth. The room was spacious for our family of four, and cleanliness was perfect. A fantastic base to explore Rome with such a cute vibe.
No beverage amenities.

the hotel is in a very good position, opposite from the central railway station Termini as well as in starting line of buses. it is very near to the centre of the city. in the around region there are enough shops for coffee and food while precisely opposite there is a super-market, which is very convenient . the room was comfortable enough for two-bedroom room, clean, and quiet. the personnel was hospitable and polite.
the breakfast was not proportional of hotels of big European cities, but it was satisfactory. Also it would be good to offer internet conection without payment. in the end, I believe that the hotel was expensive for the facilities that it offers.
